[Python-talk] FYI: Postgres DDL is transactional

The question came up at tonight's meeting...

Short of dropping an entire database or tablespace, it appears that the
DDL (Data Description Language: ALTER TABLE, ADD TABLE, etc.) is fully
transactional, so it can be submitted as a batch, or rolled back if
necessary.
