Hi folks,

Nextmark is looking for a full-time mid or senior level web developer. 
The work is 90% Java+JSP but with some new development happening using 
Ruby on Rails. We also do some smaller-scale work in Python.

We run our development and production systems using on Linux in a 
semi-managed hosting environment, using JBoss as our JEE container and 
Oracle as our main database. Nextmark is a small company, so in addition 
to software development, the ability to participate in handling issues 
related to the database, production systems/services, and development 
tools/workflow is desired.

We're looking for someone with solid development experience (5+ years) 
so that (s)he can come up to speed quickly and work in a collaborative 
environment, sometimes taking the lead, sometimes having a supporting role.
